All sales for any merchandise (jewellery, watches, or other goods) are final and do not qualify for any refunds.
Merchandise is accepted for store credit or exchange, if returned in new and unworn condition within 7 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. Kindly note that Joseph-Anthony Fine Jewelry, Inc. does not accept exchanges or offer store credit on merchandise that is worn, re-sized, altered, had manufacturers’ stickers removed, or special-ordered personalized with engraving, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, warranty materials, and certificates. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no returns or exchanges offered on special order merchandise. All exchanges are final: any merchandise that have previously been exchanged may not be further exchanged. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable store credit.
